Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River.
The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax.
5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

The space
The house centres around a large open plan living area with a massive wood fire set into a limestone wall, surrounded by comfy sofas. This area leads out through a wall of floor to ceiling glass onto a massive timber deck with sun loungers and day bed to relax and soak up the view down the valley and to the river while listening to the waterfall. Alternatively the other side of the living area opens out onto a limestone terrace with BBQ area, alfresco dining for 10, lawns and a fire pit.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms all with large louvered windows that frame the stunning views. The 2 main bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms, with the master suite also having a bath. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have brand new 5 star mattresses , quality linen and towels.
The kitchen has all new Neff appliances, coffee machine and all the equipment that you need to dine at home. A walk in pantry houses a large fridge and a commercial ice machine.
Tucked away is a snug room with sofas, TV, DVD, Netflix and games. There is free fast WIFI through out the house.
There is a basketball hoop, massive trampoline and a kayak to keep the kids amused, or walk past kangaroos to the bottom of the garden where you can swim in a gorgeous large rock pool by the waterfall on the Margaret river. Also at the bottom of the garden is a mountain bike track that meanders along the river to the town and connects with other world class mountain bike trails.
