Guests have availability to the parlor sitting room on the main floor, the dining room, guest tea room next to the bedroom, wrap around sitting porch, garden and lily pond. Restaurants, museums, parks, shoppes are all within walking distance
The theme is indigenous peoples of Amherstburg and Canada Chief Tecumseh along with General Brock were stationed in Amherstburg during the war of 1812.

Beyond the Dream Catcher Room Guests will have access to the "Marryin' Room. a tea room with coffee, tea and other emnities. It is a place were one can relax with visitors. The 3rd floor Turret with it's secret passage stair case is a delight to sit out on as is the wrap around porch and garden pond.

The B&B is in the historic heart of Amherstburg. Most events, shopping, eating and pubing are within a few minutes walk. The historic Kings Navy Yard park on the Detroit River that is great for walking; and Park House Museum are directly across the street.

My husband Merv and I are the owners of the Bondy House B&B that we have been running since 2001. We really enjoy meeting the guests who come to the B&B from all over the world. I am a Nurse Practitioner and my husband is an administrator.
During your stay
Merv and Carolyn live in the B&B and are very well versed about events, tourist attractions, shops and restaurants
