This fully renovated 1950’s beach cottage boasts a new kitchen and bathroom and fully appointed modern decor throughout. With an attractive and fully enclosed back yard there is plenty of room for children and for well behaved pets to roam. Featuring off street and undercover parking and even room for a boat!

Guests can access the entire property, and with a fully enclosed back yard this property provides peace of mind for parents of young children and fussy pet owners.
