The space
Our entire house Bed & Breakfast features a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining and living area which all look out onto the gorgeous outdoor undercover entertaining area featuring an outdoor lounge, BBQ, redgum table and stools surrounded by ornamental grapevines and overlooking the Broken- Boosey State Park.
Featuring 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom consisting of a Queen sized double bed , a full ensuite with double shower and a private sitting area overlooking the courtyard where you can just curl up and read a book.
The 2nd bedroom has a King sized bed or can be configured as a dual single room and has its own full bathroom.
Guests receive a complimentary welcome basket including local produce where possible and continental breakfast is provided throughout your stay.
Other things to note
We also welcome you to bring your pets, we cater for large and small animals including horses ,we have 2 stables with day yards available on site, however we do not allow pets inside.

Guests can just relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings or explore the exciting opportunities our region has to offer including the Murray and Goulburn rivers and their National and State parks which are approximately a 1/2 hour drive away, there is also our Farm Gate Trail, local wineries and cheeseries and of course you can always take a stroll along our local "Nine Mile Creek" where you can throw a line in and just sit back and relax as you listen to the local wildlife.
