The space
If you are going to stay in the mountains, be sure to do it in classic mountains style!
Dalpura blends modern conveniences with that classic cathedral timber ceiling mountains cottage character.

Be greeted with views of the stunning Kanimbla valley at the end of the road as you drive in, you feel as though you are really on top of the blue mountains and adventure awaits. And indeed you are, as Blackheath is the highest village in the mountains, sometimes getting snow in winter time. And the dark clear night air is fantastic for star gazing.

Dalpura is the perfect place for a romantic couples getaway, and is very popular with small families or two couples. Complimentary wine awaits you upon arrival.

The small cottage comfortably hosts four people in two bedrooms. There is an extra double sofa bed in the media room if needed (sheets not provided for sofa bed). Although we recommend only four guests maximum as there is only dining and seating for 4.

The gorgeous large main loft bedroom with queen sized bed has that classic wooden mountains cottage feel about it.
The 2nd bedroom downstairs has a King sized bed that can be split into and made up into two king singles upon request after booking.
The quilts are super warm 12 TOG thermal rating.
All beds have brand new comfortable premium AH Beard Kingcoil mattresses.

It may be a small cozy cottage but we haven't forgotten the modern conveniences:
There is a media room with a 60" Sony smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ , Paramount+ and PrimeVideo accounts already set up for your enjoyment, along with a gigantic couples beanbag + sofa. Choose from thousands of adult or children's programs.
Beware of places that have outdated Austar or Foxtel, just free-to-air TV, or no TV at all.
A rock solid unlimited data WiFi or Ethernet direct NBN internet connection is provided. 50Mb/20Mb connection for fast uploading of your photo and video adventures.
2.4A Fast USB charger in the kitchen & media room for all your electronic toys.

The main living area and loft bedroom, plus the 2nd bedroom and the media room all have reverse cycle air-conditioning. Many places in Blackheath do not have air-conditioning.
This complements the new modern gas fireplace, no messy and polluting wood to burn, just switch it on and enjoy a toasy living and loft bedroom space.
Small laundry with washing machine and ironing board.
Dishwasher and full size fridge in the fully equipped open plan kitchen. Tea, hot chocolate, and coffee provided.
The bathroom has a heater, and premium shower head is over the new luxurious deep fluted bathtub.
Instant gas hot water so you never run out.
Hairdryer provided.

There is a new Beefeater BUGG BBQ on the outdoor patio for your outdoor cooking needs. It has a town natural gas connection so you'll never run out of gas. Silicone cooking mat provided.
