This was our 2nd time staying and we had as equally a good time. It's beautiful during the winter and the cabin has everything you would need to keep you comfortable. We love coming here and will come back again.

Amazing stay at Anne and Jeff's Mohican cabin. It was quite and secluded, we made excellent use of the barbecue and fire pit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. Will definitely be returning.

Annie and Jeff were great hosts. Their cabins are clean and stocked with all the kitchen tools we needed to make our stay comfortable. (I'd second what the other reviewer said though - bring groceries with you, since the nearest stores are a bit of a drive.) The cabin faces a small stream, with a great view of the mountains. There's a nature trail on the property, and others within driving distance. The guests in the neighboring cabins were courteous and quiet. This is a wonderful spot if you're looking to spend time in nature and have a relaxing weekend.

Very beautiful area. Accommodating hosts. onlh issues I would mention are that the double electric burner does not get particularly hot, so cooking can be tedious. Make sure you bring groceries, because the closest grocery store is a 20 minute ride. Also, be aware that the hosts may give people renting cabins the option of paying $30 per person for additional tents on the property, so it can get a bit noisy if a large (bachelor) group rents next to you. Otherwise, the property was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our kayak trip down the Delaware. Recommended.

Response from Annie & Jeff:
Just to correct some things, we do not allow camping or that many guests per cabin. They were other AirBnb guests that reserved for only 4 guests per cabin. Obviously they didn't think we would find out, by the time we realized what was going on, they were already drinking and we did not want them to drive. It was not planned and we would not have said it was OK we are sorry that it happened.

We had a great winter escape at the Pepacton Cabins. The Mohican cabin was cozy and warm even when it got down into the subzero temps. The kitchen had all the basic items you needed, i.e. pots pans utensils. Even had a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven and microwave! I would bring a large knife if you plan to do some heavy cooking. Finding the cabin was easy with Annie's directions. Its private and the hosts and any other guests leave you alone for your stay. The Mohican cabin sits in a cluster of about 5 or 6 other similar cabins along the river, so its not completely secluded. We were also able to rent snowshoes from our hosts which was great! There are some good trails around the area but you might have to drive a little to find them. We'll definitely cone back. Thank you!!
