Our place is your place. We are located 40 minutes from Cairns, start of the Cairns Tablelands.

If you enjoy bird watching or just some peace and serenity on 176 acres while you're watching the kanaroos, sipping on a glass of wine on one of the large verandahs surrounding the house... you'll love this place.

Suitable for couples or singles. There is two queen single beds or they can be sipped together to make a queen bed. You have your own private bedroom and bathroom/laundry area. Downstairs the kitchen/dining and living area is yours to enjoy.

We will cook you both a beautiful home cooked meal, so please if you have any dietary requirements please send a text or email. In the morning for breakfast there will be numerous things to choose from so once again please advise if there is anything you can't eat.

The space
Our home is a timber pole home with 360 deg. views that overlook the Tablelands and surrounds. The Clohesy River runs through our property, just 200 metres from the house.

Where you’ll be

We love it here in Koah. We are close enough to everything but also far enough away from the hussle and bussel of city living.

If you need public transport a bus runs regulary stopping at the Koah Serviced Station.

There is so much close by to see and do such as; Kuranda village/markets, Mareeba and all its coffee shops/plantations, Atherton, Lake Barine, Lake Eacham, Waterfall Circuit, Cystal Caves, the famous Yungaburra Markets/Village and much much more.

If you are more into hiking and Biking you won't be disappointed as we are close to the Davies Creek Mountain Bike Park and Mt. Baldy MTB park as well as numerous hiking trails such as Lambs Head, Smith and MacDonald's range, Mt. Emerald, Mt. Edith just to name a few...
