The space
The flat is located on the third floor of a renovated building equipped with a lift. The building has some great history. It was originally designed as a so-called collective house. The concept was developed by well known feminist politician Frrantiška Plamínková in 1919 and built in 1923. It included a cafeteria, collective kitchen, lecture hall with places for people to practice their hobbies and interests. There is a well maintained communal garden outside available to all residents. You will have a bedroom with double bed at your disposal. You can also use separate bathroom and toilet and fully equipped kitchen. There is also cable TV and sitting area in the kitchen.

Guest access
Guests can use the kitchen with all equipment and appliances. There is cable TV in the kitchen and dining table with sitting area.

Other things to note
Please note that small part of one of the walls in the bathroom is being replastered but the bathroom is fully functional.
