House comfortably sleeps 10 across 4 bedrooms (x 1 queen master, x 2 queen guest, x 1 loft with 4 single beds)

3 bathrooms (master with ensuite, shared bathroom upstairs with bath, bathroom downstairs with spa bath).

Hydronic heating throughout the house.

Large number of kids toys, puzzles and board games. Torches, fire blankets throughout the house including fire extinguisher.

Kitchen:X 2 Miele Ovens (including convertible Miele microwave to oven), 90cm Miele gas cook top, Miele plate warmer, Miele dishwasher, 592L Samsung Fridge, Brand new cabinetry, including stone benchtop, Setting for 16 in crockery, cutlery and glassware, Extensive baking/cooking utensils/gadgets.

Dining/Living area: Solid oak designer dining table for 10 people, Bose docking station, 55inch brand new Samsung TV with DVD player and Bose sound bar.

Downstairs amenities include: Large bathroom with shower and spa bath, Sauna Large mud/entrance area. Laundry/drying room including washing machine + dryer.

Master Bedroom: Huge master bedroom with built in robe and reading area, Queen bed and ensuite, Brand new bed.

Guest Bedrooms: X 2 guest bedrooms with build in robes. Both bedrooms have queen beds, Brand new beds in both rooms.

Loft: X 4 brand new single beds - Kids seating/tv area with dvd player
