The house is well located for town centre which is a 10 min walk. lots of beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Distilleries are within a short distance and you can walk to Glen Moray distillery in 10 mins. Other distilleries can be found in Speyside which is a short drive away. There are many countryside walks, shops and restaurants all within walking or driving distance . Moray is a beautiful area with a larder of wonderful
Local food and drinks. Golf and leisure too.

The space
The house is bright and cosy. The kitchen a built in washing machine, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob. The breakfast bar seats 4 and is the dining area. Kitchen will have a supply of salt, pepper, etc. The bathroom has an over bath shower and cabinet with shaver/toothbrush socket. The bedrooms have double bed in each. I don’t provide a travel cot due to limited space for an extra bed. Bedroom 1 has mirrored wardrobes, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and tv. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, mirror, bedside table and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have hair dryers. The Lounge two 2 seater sofas which are not sofa beds and can’t be used for sleeping. freeviewTV. Fibre broadband is supplied.

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is easily accessed from the main Aberdeen to Inverness road. It is located in a good position for travel on foot into town (around 10-15 minute walk) or car. Train station is around 20 minute walk & there is a bus stop just out in front on the main road
