House rules

The host doesn’t allow parties or smoking.

This room is furnished with a queen bed, linen, doona, pillows and towels. There is a private balcony, wardrobe, desk, fan and heater.

You can use the living areas and four bathrooms. The washing machine is free to use and the back yard has two clothes lines.

We provide breakfast that you can prepare - tea, coffee, milk, bread, fruit & cereal.

When you open the gate our dogs Zoie and Zac will come and bark at the door but they are friendly when you open the door :-)
