I am a wife, mother and grandmother. I operate a bed & breakfast/hunting lodge in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Harvesting my food from my organic vegetable and herb garden, orchards, vineyards, and harvesting game off our land gives me the opportunity to share the bounty with my family, friends and guests. I harvest, preserve and prepare my food one season at a time.
