This updated suite is a totally private unit ready to enjoy. Your own separate entrance, large deck overlooking the garden, and enough space to relax. (For the safety and health of our guests we are abiding by the County/State COVID-19 regulations when cleaning.) A 10-minute walk to the center of Newberg with a country feel. In the heart of Chehalem Valley within a 10-minute drive to 50+ wineries, and many beautiful areas to explore close at hand. Designed for individuals or a couple.

The space
This suite feels totally separate from the rest of the house and sits above the garage. The entrance comes through the garden gate, up the stairs and off the deck. There is a full kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, portable induction cooktop, and many other daily necessities. Teas, coffee, cream, sugar, and unique pottery mugs are available. There is a queen size bed, nice lounge chair, and a small couch for naps. There are drawers for clothes, a closet with hangers, and a lockable cabinet with a key just for you to use.

Newberg is a quiet town with the necessary amenities to make your stay easy and comfortable. We have lived in the area for 40+ years and will have suggestions in a guest booklet of our favorite restaurants, sites to see, and local favorites.

We are Steve and Diane. A couple years ago when we travelled in Europe, we had our first experience with AirBnB. We stayed in some lovely places and enjoyed meeting the hosts. It was then that we first started thinking and dreaming about what it would be like to become hosts ourselves.
We have 2 young adult children, are George Fox University graduates, and enjoy the outdoors, walking, golfing, the beach, mountains, and gardening.
Newberg is in the beautiful Chehalem Valley that not only makes it easy to experience and enjoy these things, but is also home to dozens of beautiful wineries. We’d love to provide you with a private and comfortable place to stay while you’re visiting the area.
