That is quite unfair.
You say "it's not clear that nothing is separating the upstairs "rooms" from below" but here is paragraph 3 from this listing :
"It's in a big room but it's open (it's in the mezzanine ; 25 m² / 269 sqft) which means THERE IS NO DOOR."
Also you complain you couldn't watch tv but if you had spoken more than 3 words to us and asked us about it, maybe we could have done something about it. Honestly, most people never want to watch tv when they are here.
Or maybe we couldn't have done anything about it that day. Well it was my birthday the night before (you know, the one I invited you to), so yes, Jennifer was hungover on the couch. lol
It's also written on the listing that we smoke and we have cats. Plus, we always make it perfectly clear before any booking on the discussion threat with potential guests just to be sure they understood that we smoke and have cats.
That's definitely not something every host on airbnb does !
On the discussion threat you even said (and I quote) : "Thank you for all that info" "It is nice to know that you are such a thorough and considerate host! "
Now, you are allergic (which is almost the first thing you said to Jennifer when you met her). Real question is "Why did you book with us ?" when we specifically ask allergic people not to book with us.
You must realize that your comment isn't fair.
