The space
110 m2 living space in the apartment and 110m2 space on the rooftop.

2 bathrooms - 1 common and one attached to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a gigantic corner window which offers amazing views on Le Morne, the mountains and the ocean as well as the swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners.

The rooftop is the most outstanding feature of the apartment. It has an outdoor living space with sofa set and dining table with 6 chairs.

There is a kitchen top with sink and outdoor electric plugs to plug in cookers, toasters, grills etc.

Part of the rooftop is covered with beautiful shade sail to shelter from the sun.
