The property is on 3 1/2 acres, as are each of our neighbours, so the whole area is secluded and quiet. There are expansive vistas of mountain ranges which include the famous Bucketts and Mograni ranges on either side of the Avon Valley where the house is situated.

There is an extensive range of activities available in the area. Alternatively, the place is so peaceful and the views so beautiful that unwinding quietely with a book can be an attractive option.
