1. No house rules: The paper so called house rule was missing from the pervious gust. However I checked in and greeting all my guests in person including Delfina. I have showed them around everything which including every room in the property, car park and rubbishbin room and I also specified I can be contact by mobile phone number at any time. so I don't think there is should be issue for that peace of paper called ''house rule" plus all the house rule/ information are on the airbnb website as well.
2. Wifi issue- there is Wifi connected in the property but for some reason the password doesn't work at that point of time ( because no guests were complained about Wifi ) However, I had dealing with the issue as soon as I informed by the guests. I called my internet provider to ask suggestions and I have drive 45 mins to the property to help them set up the new password ( Delfina partner was helping too). so the Wifi issue has been solved at night in SAME DAY. It was almost 10pm at night when I get home.
3. I apology If there was one or two hair in the bath or in the kitchen cabinets but the property had a reputation for the 5 star cleanness, human hair automatically drops every seconds so I don't think that will be the reason says "the property is not clean" .
4. I have mentioned dishwasher as soon as the guests checked in, Delfina should let me know if there is the issue for her at that point of time. I washed all the dishes in the sink after they left the property.
5. I haven't aware of anything about Coffee machine but I will keep eye on it in the future.
We are very friendly, honest and kindly people, we have put every single effect to satisfy our guests. In return, we wish all the guests should respect us, respect our work as well, be honest and kind.
