Modesc Timboon is a brand new 2 bedroom modular style house set amongst the trees in the heart of Timboon. The house has everything you require for a great get away. Opposite the Timboon Swimming Pool and a short walk to the Timboon Rail Trail & shops including: Timboon Railway Shed Distillery, Timboon Fine Ice Creamery, The Fat Cow Food Co., Timboon Provedores, Milk & Honey Lifestyle, Supermarket & Hotel. Timboon hinterland is renown for it's local produce and the 12 Apostles Gourmet Trail.
The space
Enjoy a unique stay in a peaceful, private, bush setting in the heart of Timboon. Brand new modular style accommodation with polished concrete floors to main living and plush carpet to the 2 bedrooms all complete with modern decor. Master bedroom has the comfort of a King Bed with it's own Smart TV as well as to the living room with Netflix and FREE WiFi.
Enjoy the sun filled north facing aspect to each room with large double glazed windows throughout.
Relax on the north facing deck over looking the tree lined picturesque township or during winter cozy up to the wood fire. There is also a split system air conditioner and ceiling fans to both bedrooms and living area.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower with separate toilet and there is a washing machine for your convenience. Professionally laundered linen is included.
Enjoy the Timboon Swimming Pool directly opposite on those hot summer days or a round of golf on the 18 hole golf course (keep an eye out for koalas). Timboon also has free to public tennis courts and a great skate board park & play ground near by. But most of all the amazing Camperdown Timboon Rail Trail & walking tracks right at your door step.
Timboon is renown for great local produce (12 Apostles Gourmet Trail) such as:
Timboon Ice Creamery, Timboon Railway Shed Distillery, The Fat Cow Food Co. , Timboon Cheesery & Schulz Organic Dairy, Berry World, Sow & Piglets Brewery, Newton's Ridge Winery, Apostle Whey Cheese, GORGE Chocolates, Farm Fudge & Simpson Snails.
The small township has everything you need with IGA Supermarket, lovely little shops, provedores with great food & coffee.
If you would like to arrange for breakfast, lunch, tea or a wine and cheese platter to be delivered prior to your arrival (ready in the fridge) we highly recommend The Corner Store Timboon (lovely local delicatessen) contact Emma 03 5501 9700 or www.cornerstoretimboon.com.au
Facilities include: Split Air Conditioner Heating/Cooling, Wood Heater, Outdoor Fire, Ceiling Fans, Fully equipped kitchen, Coffee Machine, BBQ, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Washing Machine, Clothes Airer, Smart TV’s, Netflix, FREE WiFi, Professionally cleaned Linen & Towels are provided. The clothes line is located on the west side opposite shed.
Please note that an additional surcharge has been allocated for extra care to thoroughly disinfect and clean.
Timboon is a short 15min drive to Port Campbell and the Great Ocean Road.

Timboon is a lovely small township filled with loads of local attractions and produce. It is very peaceful with a friendly vibe and the perfect place to recharge.
