'The Farmhouse' is located on the grounds of the amazing The Orchard Estate restaurant and features, 3 beds, 1.5 bathrooms and a 10 x 4 in ground pool with complete privacy set inside a 100 acre macadamia nut orchard. No pets allowed.

House Rules

'The Farmhouse' at The Orchard Estate has a no party policy. No extra guests are allowed to the house and noise levels must be respectful at all times as sound travels throughout the hinterland. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. Ensuring our neighbours remain happy is a priority.
