You'll love my property, its modern, self contained and the location is in a residential area. Close to city centre. New flooring in bedroom 1 and lounge area, upgraded bathroom. Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher & seating for 4. The lounge/diner has 2 sofas, TV, DVD & seating for 4. Both double bedrooms have mirrored wardrobes, bedside cabinets & chest of drawers. tv in bed 1. The Garden has a decked area with seating. Parking for 2 cars in the drive. Travel cot & high chair available.

The space
The property is for up to 4 people with 2 double beds. I don’t have sofa beds and can’t accommodate any guests sleeping on the sofa.
I operate a self check in, which allows a flexible time of arrival anytime after 3pm. The property is suitable for couples, friends, solo travellers or those on business as well as families. Due to COVID 19, guests will be provided with some essential items only, as my usual store cupboard items in containers cannot be provided due to cross contamination . There is a travel cot available if required.
On checking out anytime up to 10am, the key should be returned into the locked key box.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area with good transport links. The city centre is a 10-15 min walk away or 5 min drive. There is a rear access shortcut to the city centre. The garden is enclosed and safe for children to use.
