This property was a garage in a previous life.
It is now a self contained guesthouse. In other words it is a living space completely self contained and separate from the main house on the property.

The space
The guesthouse is situated at the back of the property and a sense of privacy has been incorporated into the design. The carport on the side has also been transformed into an outdoor living space with maximum privacy.
The shower is on the outside adjacent to the side entrance. It is screened and landscaped for maximum privacy.
There is a top loading washing machine in the property for those staying longer than 2 days or needing to do laundry.
I can guarantee you will love this space. The back of this property backs onto a creek. There is much wildlife including a resident possum who you will most probably sight if you use the outside space and have a barbq.
The outside shower is so nice so do not be put off if the weather is a bit cold.
The air conditioning is inverter technology and so quiet you will not hear.
Also TV and stereo provided.

I was born and raised in Australia but have lived worked and travelled in different places/countries including the US for many years. I am now settled in Wollongong on the South Coast of NSW.

I also love the arts and in particular music from my generation. I support my eldest son who is the lead guitarist and singer in a punk rock band, my second born son Tom an amazing artist and also a co-host and my daughter a journalist for Amnesty International amongst other publications.
