Large fully self-contained 'state-of-the-art' 1950s home with 3 comfortable bedrooms, sun room, fabulous kitchen, single bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. Airconditioned. 4 TVs.

Wheelchair accessible, with only 1 small step - see photo of rear.

Parking for 3 cars is available off street. The back and front yards are not secure, so it's not very child friendly.

This is a relatively quiet suburban area. We are centrally located to all of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie LGAs; Hunter Valley Vineyards and other highlights. Not far from the JH and Calvary Mater Hospitals, football stadium, golf courses ( Charlestown and Belmont), Blackbutt Bush Reserve ( native animals), shopping malls and cinemas (Kotara and Charlestown).
