Walking distance to Nimman, one of the very nice neighbourhoods in Chiang Mai. With lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Also close to Chiang Mai University, Maya Shopping Mall and not too far from the airport.

Fast wireless Internet is available. The place is newly renovated. It features a small kitchen, that caters to all needs of an avid chef. The studio has a balcony. The pool is downstairs, a gym around the corner.

The space
The place is a one-room apartment in Chiang Mai's probably most iconic condominium building. The studio is located on the 10th floor, which gives you a beautiful view of the city skyline and the mountain range. From here you can see the sunrise in the morning and the moon above the city in the evenings.

The condo is not too far from the airport. It's very convenient. However, please be aware, you will occasionally hear the sound of aircraft, which is common in the Nimman area and the northern part of Chiang Mai.

Guest access
Guests have access to the pool area of the condominium. There is also a basic gym on site.

Washing machines and dryers are conveniently located on the ground floor of the building (30THB/session).

Free on site parking for scooter and motorbikes.
