The space

Great downtown Berkeley apartment is just a few blocks from everything. Hardwood floors throughout and fully equipped kitchen.

The bed rooms is big and has a queen bed and desk.

The living room is also large and has a guest twin bed large desk, sofa and chairs and living room area

No TV, But it has wifi

Central Berkeley is full of lovely tree lined streets and homes full of families and UC Berkeley Students. Our house is on a street leading to downtown. We have very nice neighbors

Walk to everything! Downtown Berkeley and BART are about a mile. You can Bart to the Oakland Airport or SFO. But the parking lot drive fits a car.

You will find the apartment clean with sheets, towels, dishes pots and pans.

My stay was pretty good! The place was pretty much how it's described; basic furniture and necessities in a nice that suited me perfectly by myself. The only complaint I have was the noisy next door neighbors, but other than that I had a good stay.

He is a great host! Check in and communication were top notch! Place is simple and clean, and I recommend a short Uber ride if you want to go into downtown. The surrounding neighborhood did not appear to be the safest.

I had a very good stay. The appartement was exactly as you can see on the photos. I got all that I need: good bed, kitchen with microwave, hoven and hob, closets, internet connection, and a very confortable armchair! If I can I'll get there again next time I go to berkeley.
