I am sorry to hear that your experience was not the most pleasant one. Just to remind you that house rules and instructions are written on our home page page and in the apartment as well:
- cleaning 1 x per week is free of charge, but if you want daily cleaning this could be arranged with our housekeeper at an extra charge
- hot water heater turns sometimes off because electricity loss due to weather conditions; all you have to do is to reset it
- for extra towels you should ask our housekeeper as well as for bags if they are not already in the apartment; but you should take care of waste by yourself as the waste bins are just 15 m away and the housekeeper does not enter apartment without a guest permission
Our apartments are self catered and are suitable for independent travelers. Yet Mr. Manot, the housekeeper, comes to the villa every day in the morning to clean the pool and the garden, and is more than happy to help our guests. All you have to do is to communicate with him and I am sure he will solve every situation.
