Thanks for your review.. and indeed this is the very 1st time to get such a bad review and definitely I take it as positive feedback to improve further... I had already informed you that you booked the wrong date and also the wrong room too, then upgrade you to another room, the 2 rooms... I had also apologized many times and actually fired the cleaner who didn't do her job well. I've also gone the extra mile and given you a rebate you as a token of apology.
In fact, I've also engaged an air con technician to repair the air cond as soon as I could, but you flat out rejected it. Just to clarify, there were 3 air conds in this 2 rooms and only one of it is having a minor issue. I always strive to do my best all the time, and truly sorry for any bad experiences...
Having said that, sometimes hiccups do occur, and though we try our best to mitigate it, but guests should also probably understand that even the best hotels would sometimes have hiccups as well. It's really about just understanding from each other's perspective.
Oh ya, with regards to the design, out of curiosity, if it didn't match your requirements, what made you decide to book it anyway? :)
