As every sort of business can only be run by the power of team work, some unexpected errors are also unavoidable even though we're really afraid of making mistakes. And do you still remember that one of our staff, Tom, paid attention once to know what was wrong with you when he was asked to get a manager by you. But unfortunately you didn't tell any detail of what you here have written in your review. If we had known that you had been feeling bad of our mistake, we wouldn't be ignorant to try best to recover your feeling in any possible way. But we just couldn't get such an opportunity to do so. Anyhow, we honestly and humbly confess our mistake even it was hardly to be made. So, please do not personally take it to heart. But instead we would like you to give us a chance to serve you the best, by returning to our hotel next time again.
