Pico Mountain may be "the best kept secret in Vermont". Our family has loved this big little mountain where all slopes end up in the same place. Enjoy apres ski music scene or work out at the adjacent sports center and health club. Or visit iconic eateries on nearby Killington Road or Rutland Town.

• Pico Sports Village is a family-oriented
community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences.
• While the HOA allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units.
• These rules allow the HOA to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9pm until 8am and their no pet policy.
• The HOA will try to resolve issues through the owners in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require.
• In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.
