The beach house is of a small footprint, not big in size but surprisingly very comfortable as for its architecturally designed aspect of the layout.

No need for air conditioning with the sea breezes, the whole house cools naturally or on wintery nights you can unwind and enjoy the wood-burning fire in the main living room or an outdoor fire pit.

You’ll find elegantly appointed finishes and furnishings throughout the home.
