The Retreat is located in the main street of Gunnedah, close to restaurants, parks, cinema, etc. A laundromat is located nearby or there is a laundry service. (laundry on premises not equipped) The house boasts three bedrooms, lounge, sunroom where a trundle bed (two single beds) is located, two bathrooms (one situated on an exterior verandah), kitchen (benchtop stove, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher) and verandahs.
