Get away to the mountains and stay in this humble and homey tiny house on wheels. This is a brand new tiny house that I use to explore and go to festivals, but when it's in the driveway its a great escape for you. Beautiful front view: nothing but trees and Appalachian mountains. Cook delicious meals in this full kitchen, shower after tromping around in the surrounding woods, rivers and lakes. (**ceiling in kitchen and bathroom sink is 5' 8", loft is 3' - living area is 9 ft and shower is 7')

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautifully crafted tiny home! My sister, Yoshi and I all had a really great time. This was our first tiny home experience and definitely one to remember.

We had a fantastic time staying at “The Cove Trotter.” Eric was a fantastic host; providing extra touches like local coffee and homemade soap. I had never stayed in a tiny home and didn’t know what to expect. I was very impressed with the quality, beauty and comfort of this home.

Eric’s place has so much to offer and far exceeded our expectations. The tiny home has everything you need and we were so impressed with the craftsmanship put into it. Excellent location allowing us to get to Helen and Clarksville quickly. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great experience for us both, my fiancee and I wanted to go to Helen and it turned out to be Oktoberfest so my delight in this place opening up was great. From the moment we arrived Eric was gracious and the level of hospitality was a 10+ . The tiny home is super cute…

Eric's little cabin is awesome, and he couldn't be a better host. While this is probably not the best place to stay for really big people, I'm 5'10" and had no problem being in the space with my wife. It was a cozy, romantic getaway that could not have gone better. Eric is a rela…
