Fabulous Country Homestead. 'Huge' - ideal for families & great value! Close to town on 10 acres on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Lovely gardens, pool & giant outdoor chess set. 5 double bedrooms, 2 with private lounge areas (single beds in adjoining room for children who wish to be near parents). All on one level. Heating now in all bedrooms.

Enjoy local Cafes, Restaurants, Walking Tracks, Shopping in Montville. Close to Wedding venues -Flaxton Gardens, The Chapel, Australia Zoo (40mins)

The space
Late (2pm) check out is possible by prior arrangement if there are no bookings that evening.

Generous discounts apply for bookings in excess of 2 nights.

Main lounge area and sun room provide areas to relax and socialize. The large veranda is also ideal for socializing.

The pool area has a BBQ and pool towels are provided.

There are loads of DVDs and a library of books. We do not have TV reception but Netflix is available on the TV in the Main Bedroom.

Note : Sofas in main lounge area are only suitable for sleeping one person each.

For additional accommodation please see our 'sister house' The Parkway which is located 200 metres away and available at a discounted rate for extended groups who are also booking 'La Botanica'
