The space

Located in the center of Vilafranca de Bonany, in the center of Majorca, this coquettish villa features a private, 8 x 4 meters chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 1.7 meters. Enjoy sunbathing on one of the four sun loungers and relax after a day full of activities. Our guests will enjoy a barbecue and an exterior shower. The furnished porch with pool views is a lovely place for dining with friends and family. As this villa is in the town center, there are next door neighbours.

Decorated in a modern and cozy way, this two storey house will make you feel comfortable from the very first moment. The porch gives access to the living room with satellite TV, sofa and fireplace. The dining area leads you to the kitchen, well equipped with gas hob, fridge, oven and kitchen utensils. A laundry is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There's a double bedroom with closet, fan and desk as well as an independent bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

Two more bedrooms with A/C and fan are on the first floor. One room comes with a double bed and shower bath en-suite while the second bedroom has two twin beds. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Besides, there's a bath with bathtub on the upper floor. The TV in the bedrooms have no satellite reception. There are seven electric radiators in the house.

The quiet and genuine town Vilafranca de Bonany is 25 km from Porto Cristo Beach and the Drach Caves. The town offers a small grocery shop and some restaurants serving good Majorcan dishes. Supermarkets and more services can be found in the city of Manacor. If the beach is what you're searching for, you could visit Cala Mendia-Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana, Cala Varques or S'Illot. In Sineu and Petra, visit the weekly market and buy fresh groceries from the islands' farmers. The nearest golf course is Reserva Rotana, 17 km away.
