Nestled in the heart of Christchurch's cultural precinct this modern one bedroom studio is close to all the arts, shopping and entertainment you expect in a modern city. It is also only a stones skip from the Avon River corridor, giving you the best of both worlds. Secure underground parking sets you free to explore the city on foot (or scooter!), while the sunny living area and private courtyard are a welcome respite from the action. All the mod cons, cosy, quiet and close to everything.

Other things to note
Our apartment building is currently undergoing repairs to damage caused by the 2011 earthquake. The timetable for this process is updated frequently and we will do our best to let you know about activities that are happening at the building during your stay and wether they will impact you.
Please note the shower will leak if the water stream is directly on it. The shower is going to be repaired as part of the repair process.

We ask that guests do not smoke inside the apartment, smoking is only allowed outside - please take care to dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully.
