The space
The home is located 5 minutes walk from Noosa Junction but feels like it is out of the hustle and bustle. Incredibly handy due to its close location to Noosa Junction, 5 minute walk to Noosa Fair shopping precinct (including Coles) and 5-7 minute drive time or 15-20 minute walk time to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach. This is the perfect retreat for families looking for a place to relax and enjoy, whilst also in close proximity to café’s, restaurants and beaches.
Please note this house is catered to families with kids. For smaller kids we can offer a portacot, high chair and a stroller.
The home captures the essence of an outdoor beach lifestyle. There are multiple living areas and outdoor spaces and lots of natural light.
The eastern wing of the house features three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a well-appointed ensuite including a rain shower head. Expansive windows provide views to the pool, grassed backyard and deck, with block out blinds for night and privacy blinds allowing for outward views only.
The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed, both located close to the main bathroom. The main bathroom is spacious, with a rain head shower and roomy bath. The bedroom area of the house has access to the home’s central paved courtyard area and rumpus room, creating a natural separation to the living, dining and kitchen area located in the western part of the home. In this area, open plan design is apparent, with sliding doors opening seamlessly to a large, flat grassed backyard and the fully fenced pool area.
The large, modern kitchen serves as a focal point for this area of the house, and is well equipped with all the necessary appliances (stove, oven, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker) and large fridge. A breakfast bar is accessed from the kitchen via a bifold window. The large living area offers two comfortable couches, an inbuilt carpet square for additional comfort, air conditioning/heating and a flat screen smart TV.
Sliding doors provide access from the kitchen and living area to the spacious covered deck, the perfect place to laze around reading a book or relaxing on the sunny lounge furniture with a clear view to the pool and outdoor space.
