We, a family of five, two grown up kids and a teenage kid stayed for three nights. The place is very spacious, cozy, traditional Japanese style with a nice yard! five of us can sleep comfortably, it has a kitchen area where we can have drink at night! There is no problem in finding the place with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) map and most of all, the host is very friendly and ever ready to respond to query and questions! Strongly recommended

The apartment location is 5-10minutes walk from subway/bus station, quite convenient. Takeo is very kind, he is helpful and had hosted us an enjoyable stay in Kyoto. My family loves this apartment and will definitely return in the future.

clean, comfortable, roomy and thoughtful The room is well maintained and fitments are all clean and functioning well. Takeo provided useful information which made us enjoy a wonderful holiday in Kyoto. Highly recommend to couple, friends or family

Such a amazing experience stay Takeo’s place, everything was beyond expectations. The room is really nice and clean, bathroom equip everything you need. The kitchen has normal cookware to use. The fridge has snacks that free to eat, the room has two AC and air fresher. Staying here add much more comfort and pleasant our three days trip in Kyoto. Takeo is a really nice person to communicate with, before we arrived he offered lots suggestions. Takeo owns a bar near our stay, next time if I come here I would definitely stay here again and goes to this bar. The place near by Kyoto Station, it’s not far away to get to the place. Approximately 5mins taxi time, show the driver the address will easily take you there. Walking from the stay to some tourist spot it’s minutes away.

I was born and bred in Kyoto. I would like to use all my experience to introduce you to this wonderful Kyoto. I will tell you a temple, a castle, a restaurant, a place to drink at night, a place where children are pleased, places to see it and be pleased.

Please ask me anything during your stay. I like to delight everyone.

In January, please enjoy the New Year 's atmosphere and "New Year 's food”ZOUNI".

In February, Kyoto is beautiful in a temple and wrapped up by pure white snow. I hope the snow falls on the day you come.

In March, Kyoto is still chilly and a long sleeved shirt is needed. As it is suitable for sightseeing, please go around the temple and the castle in Kyoto by bicycle. Please rest slowly along the river of Kamogawa when you feel tired.

In April, in Kyoto, you can see the cherry blossoms in full bloom at various places in the town. Among them, the cherry blossoms of "TETSUGAKU - MICHI" are wonderful. I would like to show you.

In MayThere is Aoki Festival (15/15) . Walking around the city in style of 1694. Good weather continues this month. Please do sightseeing by bike or bus.

In June,Please prepare a short sleeve shirt. Japan become colorful with beautiful flowers”AJISAI" There is "HOTARU" which fly to the night sky with a clean water river. You can see if you are lucky. There will be rainy days in the second half of June.

In July, there is the biggest "Gion Festival" in Kyoto. As hot days continue in Kyoto, matcha ice cream will be delicious there.

In August, at the festival "DAIMONJI", letters and pictures are drawn on the seven mountains by fire.

"SUIKA" is a delicious season of fruit. I advise you to eat it.

In September, please enjoy the Japanese night while listening to the elegance of the sounds of bells and the sounds of insects that give out various cries at night.

In October, the season when Japanese food becomes the most delicious, please enjoy the Japanese cuisine by all means. Because it will be a good season for sightseeing, please enjoy various places by bicycle.

In November,The season when mountain trees turn red. As Kyoto is surrounded by mountains, many tourists come to watch the mountains which turned red.

In December ,the season when the mountain tree turns red.

Please enjoy autumn leaves.

It is the season that fish will be most delicious. In Japan, it is the season when luxurious fish can taste "FUGU". It is one of the favorite fish of the Japanese.
