You'll come home from your daily excursions to a south-facing patio with space to dine al fresco, a 50-inch TV in the living room, and the ease and convenience of a private washer/dryer. The manicured complex grounds also feature lovely shared amenities, including a sunken tennis court and a pool and hot tub that are heated year-round.
This beautiful, gated community was built on the grounds of the former El Mirador Hotel, and continues the legacy of fine living in a scenic desert setting. If you head less than two blocks west, you'll reach Palm Canyon Drive - the main strip of downtown Palm Springs that's known for its restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, theaters, casinos, and nightlife. You can walk one mile south to tour the Palm Springs Art Museum, go hiking for the day in Tahquitz Canyon three miles south, or take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway only five miles west.
