My place is a cute and quiet space. The is 525 (ish) square foot space is perfect for a visiting couple or friends on a quick getaway. It's just 4.5 miles from downtown and has all the perks of a quiet upscale neighborhood while being close to many Nashville hotspots. There is a grocery store in walking distance and some nearby shops as well. You can quickly get to Centennial Park, 12 South, West End, Downtown, Sylvan Park, and many other places easily by car or Lyft (rideshare).
