Located a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Marazion, the town offers a wide range of welcoming pubs & excellent restaurants. With beaches, nature reserves & the South West coast path just outside your door there is no end of possibilities for exploration & keen walkers.
A range of board/card games & a selection of family DVDs are provided along with a pool table for your leisure.
Marazion is a typical Cornish town which has an impressive amount to see & do.
St Michael's Mount is a must - A stunning castle situated on an island that can be walked across to at low tide (short distance) or you can catch a small ferry when the tide is in. The town also includes a museum, several art gallery's, a gift shop, a general store, bakeries (for your Cornish pasties), a fish & chip shop, tea rooms & numerous excellent pubs / restaurants that included:
- Ben's Cornish Kitchen
- The Godolphin Arms, with views across to St Michael's Mount
- The Cutty Sark Restaurant, which has regular live music events
- The Kings Arms, which has a quiz night on Tuesday evening
- Chapel Rock Cafe, for a lovely Cornish cream tea
- The Fire Engine Inn, with a quiz night on Sunday evening

There is a good sized gravelled yard to the back of the property with views of St Michael's Mount. Outdoor seating is provided as are some disposable BBQs to get you started on those warm sunny evenings
Includes - Washing machine, double oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, on tap filtered (Brita) water, full size under counter fridge, full size under counter freezer, cooking utensils, pots & pans, cutlery, full dinner set, a selection of useful herbs & spices plus lots of storage space
A large open plan living space with two comfy leather sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), pool/dinning table, 47" TV & surround sound, Blu-ray disc player, HDMI cable linked to TV to plug your own devices into, a selection of card & board games, a range of family DVDs & a variety of guide books for the local area including: bike trails & walks.
The mattresses on all of the beds are of a high quality - they all have natural fibre toppers with good quality sheets & covers. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has 2 full size single beds.
There is an L-shaped bath with an over head power shower. The room contains plenty of storage for all of your toiletries. There is also a 2nd toilet on the ground floor below the stairs.
The whole of the house, we live a few miles away. On hand if you need us but don't want to cramp your style. Key safe code will be text to you.
Other things to note
There are lots of takeaway shops in the area that offer delivery, a selection of menus will be to hand for you, as well as a discount voucher book for local attractions.
- No dog are allowed upstairs, stair gate will be provided.
- Bins to be put out on a Sunday night.
-Cottage to be left reasonably clean and tidy
-Recycling bins to be used please
-all rubbish from house to be black bagged and put in the outside wheelie bin before departure. Please DO NOT fill wheelie bin without bagging rubbish first!
-Dishes to be washed and put away.
-Any dog mess to be picked up and put in the public bin at the end of the road.
- Enjoy yourself and make memories, that's a rule!!!
From Jun 1 - Aug 31, 2018 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
