You can't really complain about the check-in when you knew what time the check-in was when you booked. Additionally if the unit is ready earlier we always message guests immediately. I mentioned at the onset that the instructions would be sent on the day of your arrival (for security purposes). If you knew that you this would be a problem, and you had no access to WIFI you could have contacted me earlier and I would have been happy to provide you with the information without question. Our units are ALWAYS fully stocked. If the unit was running low on laundry detergent and this was a problem, you could have messaged me anytime. I made it clear to you that I was available to you 24/7, and also advised you that I would be in the building should you require anything. Just to be clear although we do provide laundry essentials every time, we are not required to by Airbnb. It is out of courtesy. Some ownership has to be taken on your part because check-in time was there when you booked. And everything was made clear from the beginning, if you have no access to your phone than you plan ahead and ask for the instructions earlier. You made no mention of laundry soap any time I enquired as to how you were doing and if you needed anything so it's impossible to solve for a problem if you don't communicate when asked.
