This was a great place to stay during my time in Asheville. The place was spacious and was very comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out. It is also within a 15 minute drive to most things to do in Asheville and it is close to the highway that things are easy to get to…

Lauren, we're so glad that you enjoyed your time here! We are up front in our listing about this apartment being the lower level of our home, which implies some light noise as we go about our daily living. We encourage our guests to be in touch about any issues they may have during their stay, and apologize if you did not realize the unit was a part of our home and that you would hear things like us walking around or the telephone ringing during the day. We would be happy to host you again should you return to Asheville again! Thank you!

This is a charming home away from home. It was perfect for the two of us. It was easy to find and there is off street parking. They have a self-check in process which was marvelous. No worries with keys and such. Loved that. Although there is no range/oven, we didn't miss it! T…

The house is as advertised. It is such a cozy, romantic spot, and only 10 or so minutes from downtown Asheville. I would recommend it for any couple looking for a getaway.

It was a very clean and comfortable stay, the hosts are very friendly and give you your privacy. You’re close to everything, you have all the amenities you could need. The only reason it wasn’t a five star is a neighbor had a barking dog every morning and there was loud landscapi…

Response from Peter & Lee:
Thank you for your feedback Benjamin. We certainly understand that noise in the mornings (especially a barking dog!) can be highly irritating, and I'm glad you brought it to our attention. We would be happy to host you again, and next time please call us (my cell phone number is on the whiteboard on the wall for every stay) if something like that happens so that we can do our best to fix it right then. While we can't control the neighbors mowing their lawn mid-morning on a Saturday, we definitely would have let them know their dog was barking both mornings and asked that they take him inside. We cannot hear the dog on our side of the house, so we didn't know he was out there. I do wish you would have contacted me directly rather than leave it on our public review, though. We work hard to please our guests and do everything we can to help them have the best stay possible. I'm glad that everything else was to your liking and perhaps we will see you on your next trip through Asheville. Thank you!
