Studio 40 m2. with bathroom and kitchen that can accommodate 1 to 3 persons. With private entrance and parking space. Location: at the top of Mykonos Town with view to the Town, the old port and the sunset, plus easy access by car or motorbike. 3 minutes by foot from the center of Mykonos Town.


**Following Greek law, an extra environmental fee of 8€ per night applies, independently of guest number. Payable in cash upon arrival. An official receipt will be provided.

The studio is located on the top of Mykonos Town, next to the old peripheral road, where a parking spot is reserved for the studio's guests.
The entrance is on the public stairs to the Town center, through a walled in private garden. A small staircase leads to the patio which overlooks Mykonos Town and the port with stunning sunset view.
The studio itself has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a single and a double bed combined in one space.
The bathroom is accessible through a door next to the kitchen area.

Neighbourhood highlights

The neighbourhood is called upper windmills, a location on the side of the small hill that surrounds the old town of Mykonos. As a site suitable for windmills it provides a clear view to the horizon and the addition of the elevation makes for stunning sunsets. The location is ideal because it combines the best of both worlds. In 3 minutes walking time you can be in the centre of Mykonos town and on the other hand there is immediate access to the old peripheral road that is on the other side of our property. Yet you do not get the traffic noise nor the commotion of the town.
