Where you’ll be

Brno-sever, Czechia

As it is old Jewish quarter and the past forced out all the Jews from here, later communism has brought the best of its. This part is so called Brněnský Bronx in which you might find simillarity with Bronx in NY. So during this communist era all the empty flats were filled by gipsy families. It brought here kind of cultural variegation which you might sometimes find like amazing, sometimes like crazy and sometimes like WTF? But no worry, people here are only messy! Otherwise they are very friendly. If you ask them they help you and they rarely bother. You have nice opportunity to touch bit of this craziness, because the flat is just bordering the end of this crazy city location. From the flat you can get to the city centre full of beautiful sights, interesting places, bars and restaurants in 15 minutes by foot, 4 minutes by car or public transport.

There is nice running and cycling trail alongside the Svitava river which is reachable within 2 minutes. Or you can go to the Old style gym which is right behind the corner.

And 5 min from the flat there is the amazing Villa Tugendhat.

First thing people ask me is what is this weird name come from? It's very easy, it's my czech-armenian name made up by my parents and my grandma. If something can describe me its definitelly easy going approach to everything and everyone. Specialy to traveling- what I really love. Very of my time I spend somewhere on the road in Czech or somewhere abroud. I spend looots of time at work- trying to bring law more affordable to anyone. I got lucky that I can use my hobbies for traveling. As a instructor of Jetsurf I travel all around of world to teach. For example swedes in Croatia or dear Sheikh in Qatar. I love books and I read a loooot. It is my tool of concentration. For my own harmony and everyday balance I am trying to keep my every day Vipassana, 40 min before sleep and 40 min after I wake up. Nature and law of nature fascinates me so much. Once I would love to understend how it works and write book about it. And also I would like to do something for our planet, thats why 15% of income from Airbnb goes to special account for nature. And why I am renting my place? First no sense to spend all money on rent so trying to share my costs and second I want to collect money for my trees protection project. So don't spend too much time thinking of if you should choose my place. Just do it! You will love it and you will contribute good to our planet. Thank you for helping us!

During your stay

If you would rent the whole apartment, I will probably be unavailable, but if you would rent just the part of it, I’d be keen to spend some time with you or help you with anything. If you are interested in sports, we can go to train together or I can show you how to ride Jetsurf and If there is enough time, we can go for a beer together.
