The Red House at Willow Way built in 1873. This historic pioneer home is the oldest surviving residence in Pine Valley. This charming home sits on a 1/2 acre. Ponderosa and apple trees shade a spacious lawn of cool grass. Step back in time with antique interior. It has been completely renovated and refurbished. Fishing and hiking just a mile away. 40 minutes from St George and Tuacahn. The Red House is a cool get away from the hot southern Utah summers or a cozy escape during the winter months.

The space
This is an old Pioneer home that has been remodeled and restored. It is a charming and cozy home. The yard and giant trees create a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the quiet. It is a wonderful place to completely relax and truly get away from it all. (There is no wifi.) We provide TV's with DVD/VCR movie options with a lot of family-friendly movies to enjoy. We also provide games for all ages.

Guest access
Parking in front near the fence is permitted. Please pull off the street completely. There is also parking on the driveway only by the garage. Do not access the use of inside the garage.

No pets allowed unless it is a service animal.

Dixie Nation Forest has a historic center with books, gifts, and local information on trails and hikes. Once in the park, you will find one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Walking path follows the river with nature information stops.
The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. During the summertime, Washington Co. Sheriff patrols Pine Valley and surrounding areas.
