Welcome to the *parlor floor apartment* at Billups House, a historic brick townhouse in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Opulently decorated with crystal chandeliers, chesterfield chairs, paintings, ceramics, and Persian rugs, the parlor floor is a full 65 feet from the front to the large kitchen in the rear of the house, for over 1,300 square feet of apartment space. It features a green front yard, industrial stove, hot tub, and bay windows.

This historic parlour is not what you see in the App. We found the bedroom and kitchen to be really untidy, dirty and unusable. We cut our stay short after one night, unfortunately, as it really was not what we saw in the photographs and despite the cleaner leaving as we checked …
