The place was perfect for 4 adults for a few days. Everything was clean, well presented and modern. We didn't need to cook as there were plenty of dining/drinking options on the doorstep. Susie's comments on the parking and noise are accurate but neither was a problem to us. Anyone staying here will not be disappointed.

We had a very positive experience staying at Susie's flat. The listing description is 100% accurate where the key features I would highlight are: coastal retreat, newly refurbished, 250 meters from quiet beach, conveniently located between Chichester and Brighton. The apartment is cosy and very well equipped. I can certainly recommend this property.
