This private, traditionally styled holiday Villa is wonderfully positioned in the centre of Sanur, a relaxed beachside suburb in the South East corner of Bali.

This Villa is located in the family compound of a beachfront Hotel, just a 50 meter walk to the beach (with no road to cross!) If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.

The space
This private, traditionally styled holiday villa is wonderfully positioned in the centre of Sanur, a relaxed beachside suburb in the South East corner of Bali.

This Villa is located in the family compound of a beachfront Hotel, just a 50 meter walk to the beach. (with no road to cross!) If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.

We also have 2 x 3 bedroom properties within 50 meters, so if you have a larger travelling party then combined, these properties are ideal.

The Villa is a 2 story building with a large garden and pool. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king-sized bed. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and has one queen-sized bed and one king or twin beds. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have adjoining en suites, with walk in showers. The main bedroom ensuite also has a bathtub.

Please note the maximum occupancy for the Villa is 6 guests, including any children over 2 years. A cot can be hired to accommodate an additional (single) infant, and no more than 2 children under the age of 7.

The living dining room contains two comfortable three seat sofas, a six seat dining table, a smart TV, a soundbar, and sideboard. The area is open to the outdoors and surrounded by plants. It is cooled by a large ceiling fan and a wall fans, and of course the sea breezes.

The swimming pool is 8 by 4 meters, and has two access steps to the shallow end. It sits just outside the living dinning room, providing a lovely outlook from within. There are 4 sun lounges with 2 large umbrellas to relax under. The pool area can be fenced off should you be concerned for your children's pool safety.

The kitchen facilities in the Villa include a large refrigerator, a microwave, an induction cook top, toaster, coffee plunger and teapot, crockery, cutlery, glasses, a filtered water dispenser....everything you need if you wished to self-cater. We also make sure you have salt and pepper, dish washing liquid, sponges, tea towels etc.

Close by is a wide range of restaurants and nightlife, and many of the local restaurants will deliver. Balinese, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Seafood and Italian cuisine's are all available in the local area, or we can send a chef to cook in the comfort of your Villa. The local supermarket is also only a short walk away.

Other things to note
During your stay you will have the services of our manager, who will be available to assist you with any issues related to the Villa.

PLEASE NOTE

Check In time is from 3.00pm and Check Out time is at 10.00am.

We do ask that you vacate the Villa by this time as our staff need to prepare the Villa for new guests. Any delays after 10am will attract a late check out fee.

Late check out is only available if prior arrangements have been made with the Villa management. (the staff cannot confirm this) Please message or email this request.

We also ask that when you leave that you Villa that
• All glassware, plates, crockery and cutlery be returned to the kitchen and left by the sink.
• That towels be left together on the floor in the bathroom.
• That rubbish be removed to the rubbish bins in the bedrooms or kitchen.
• That the villa be left in a tidy condition.

If the Villa is left in an excessively untidy condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

After check out, unfortunately we don’t have any facility to store luggage. However, a local company can, and they will pick up from the Villa.

Sanur is a small beachside suburb in the southeast corner of Bali. It is one of the oldest settled areas of Bali and is very centrally located. It has easy access to Ubud, the east coast, and other parts of Bali.

From this Villa, the beach is a short walk or bike ride from the house, and once there you can utilise the beachfront walkway and bikeway that extends the 7km length of Sanur beach.
