Ashcroft is situated in the fishing village of Brora on the A9 and NC500 route .Brora offers a Golf course, fishing, walking, cycling and horse riding and boasts fabulous beaches and a beautiful loch both .excellent places for bird watching.. There are several places in the village to eat a pub, a hotel, Indian and Chinese take away and a well stocked Co op. Dunrobin Castle is only 5 miles away and well worth a visit.

The space
Ashcroft offers a large bedroom with king-size bed and very spacious private bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities are in each room. A booklet offers lots of useful local information. In the room we have our breakfast menu which carries an additional charge and Evening meal can be arranged up on request.. All dietary requirements are catered for with a little notice please. We have a large garden and field that guests are welcome to explore. Two friendly cats live in the house and we have chickens , ducks and sheep in the field.

Brora is a quiet friendly village surrounded by beautiful countryside, rolling hills and a sandy beach that runs for miles. It is a crofting community with livestock being very important.
There are beautiful walks along the river Brora leading either to the harbour or Loch Brora.
