This basement apartment/hobbit home is centrally located, directly across from the local college. Coffee shop 300 yards away Columbia River loop trail 1 mile away. Many restaurants and a Safeway in between.

A lot of folks travel a ways, but there are great restaurants just minutes away in town for whatever taste you could be desiring.
