Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Our place is a large, open plan family home, on a half acre block with a bushy setting in the hills, only 20 Kms from Perth Airport. We are within walking distance to the shopping complex in Mundaring, including retail, groceries, cafe's and restaurants.
There are walking trails, sporting complexes (including golf, bowls and tennis) and many tourist attractions near-by, including Mundaring Weir, Lake Leschenaultia, several period taverns & hotels and wineries.

The space
The large bedroom has a Queen sized bed with side tables, split system reverse cycle air conditioning, own wall mounted TV, comfortable chairs, small table, dresser, wardrobe and mirrors.

Guest access
Guests can access all Living and outdoor areas of the house as desired.

During your stay
We can provide help to organize tours and transport to any destination that is required.
Eva and I will always be on hand to assist in any way possible.

Other things to note
The price includes a Continental Breakfast only, i.e. cereal, toast and beverages. A shared microwave and refrigerator are available for all guests. No meals allowed in the bedrooms. Sorry no pets allowed.
No smoking indoors.

Neighbourhood highlights

We live in a quiet and bushy neighbourhood surrounded by other housing, mostly on half acre blocks. Some children and pets. The area is frequented by Western Brown Bandicoots and many birds including parrots and Carnaby Black Cockatoos. Wild flowers are common but mostly in Spring.

Hi, Welcome to our home, we live here. Eva and I are down to earth people, country folk, who have moved to the outer city in recent years. We don't travel much but like to entertain and enjoy other company from elsewhere. Our Home is a large family dwelling that needs to have some more people around. Eva volunteers at The Salvation Army store in town, twice a week and I am an active member of the Mundaring branch of "Rotary". I enjoy meeting and chatting to the diverse range of people I come in contact with. Maybe in this capacity I can assist with your holiday or work travel requirements? My bookself is stacked with Clive Cussler, Wilbur Smith and Brice Courtney, I guess I like adventure. Eva's bookself is full of Cooking books which is a passion with her, we had an Asian Takeaway some years ago, serving some 23 different dishes.
